Stupid Husband

Brand new 40″ Toshiba flat screen LCD television with no warranty purchased- Now BROKEN. Bought from Best Buy on April 5th for $800. One week later I came home from lunch with friends to find said stupid husband on the phone with Best Buy. Turns out our 22 month old twins drove said stupid husband to a moment of insanity. Stupid husband threw a toy on the floor which then bounced up and hit our brand new, no warranty purchased, flat screen tv. Sound works, picture works-except for the spider web affect (as stupid husband puts it). Best Buy says sorry about your luck, Toshiba says sorry about your luck, local Toshiba repair shop says it will cost more to repair than to buy another one, says try to sell it on Craigs List for parts. I’d rather try to sell said stupid husband on Craigs List for parts, but I think I can get more for the broken tv. So here we are. I have no idea what a brand new BROKEN $800 Toshiba TV should sell for. Any offers will be reviewed with said stupid husband. Still have the box, still have receipts, if that makes some difference.
