Barely a week after Jimmy Chamberlain annoucnes he’s no longer the Pumpkins drummer, Billy Corgan tries REAL hard to demonstrate that it’s no big deal. He’s put out a cattle call to any and all qualified drummers to replace one of the best rock drummers ever, certainly one of the best to play for an Alternative band.
I think that’s kind of an assbag move, and pretty dismissive and disrespectful to his main musical partner of the last 20 years. So, I suggest that we as a team bombard Mr. Corgan with as many submissions of desk-drumming as possible. I’ll go first.
